Fellows of the Laboratory
Nadezhda Sergeevna Shcherbakova is a restorer and junior research fellow. In 1998, she graduated from the history faculty of Ural State University with a degree in history and archive studies. From 1995 to 1998, she worked as a librarian in the Belinskii Library, Ekaterinburg. Since 2009, she has been a restorer in the Laboratory.
She has studied in leading Russian and foreign centres for the conservation and restoration of library collections. She has taken part in masterclasses provided by the leading European restorers Manfred Mayer (Austria), Thierry Henry (France), and Sigitas Tamulis (Lithuania).
Academic interests: studying, conserving, and restoring manuscripts.
